VESTERBRO
Vesterbro is the hippest district of Copenhagen. Istedgade, Kødbyen, Vega, fixie bikes, tattoos and Danish design. Alongside with fancy restaurants, craft beer bars and exclusive cocktail bars. Mixed up with pushers, junkies, drunks, pimps and prostitutes, and families with kids.

Vesterbro is very much about hanging out. In a cafe, a bar, the Meat Packing District, in a square, a street, having picnics or attending street parties, festivals or cultural events. It is lively throughout the year.
For going out at night, Vesterbro is probably the liveliest district in the city. There are bars and clubs sporadicly spread out all over the place.

Indulge yourself in one of the many great eateries in Kødbyen; pizzas at Mother, Burgers at Tommi's, hot dogs at John's Hotdog Deli, fish at Fiskebaren, bbq and Mikkeler beers at Warpigs or something else.
Vega has live music and different stages most days.
Bars alongside Istedgade will be serving to the late or early hours and there is a big and ever changing scene of clubs, beer and cocktail bars alongside and in between the three major streets.

In summertime, pay attention to street parties, festivals and cultural events; there are many.

Visit Carlsberg to see the old production facilities or the development of a new fashionable residential neighborhood.

Get tan in Enghave Parken or Enghave Plads and tjek out the shops surrounding it.

Eat fairly cheap and very good streetfood in Istedgade.
